Looking for a kind, respectful roommate (or two) to join a 3 bed / 2 bath (1534 sq ft) luxury apartment at City Lights in Aliso Viejo.

✷ Your Room: A spacious (unfurnished) private bedroom with a large walk-in closet, 6 ft picture window overlooking the garden, and direct access to the adjacent guest bath in the hall.

✷ The Apartment: An artistically designed, fully furnished apartment with a stocked kitchen, cozy living area, massive covered patio, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

✷ The Vibe: Nestled into a quiet hillside surrounded by greenery and hummingbirds, the apartment feels more like a retreat — especially being just steps down the hall from a relaxing courtyard with a pool and jacuzzi!

Living here feels like a resort! You’ll have access to:

✷ 3 sparkling pools and jacuzzis, the largest including cabanas and fireside seating areas.

✷ A two-story gym, with a dedicated weight room, indoor/outdoor yoga room, parcel center, business center and a luxury clubhouse open to residents.

✷ Location: City Lights is next to Grand Park and situated directly above the heart of Aliso Viejo Town Center (which boasts multiple grocery stores, dining options, shopping and entertainment), while also enjoying easy access to the 73 and a quick 15 min drive down the hill to Laguna Beach.

The Details 🎀
✷ Availability: Ready for move-in immediately, with a $40 App Fee to City Lights and $200 Deposit to Melody.

✷ Rent/Utilities: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Utilities will be split evenly between all housemates (3-4 ways, depending on occupancy).

✷ Two additional parking garage guest spots available.
