The Room:
— Unfurnished, spacious bedroom (12 ft x ⪅12 ft) with a 7 ft wide walk-in closet, 6 ft picture window, and private access to the guest bath.
— Availability: ASAP (Short-Term/Flex Lease, available anytime between now until July/August 2026)

Rent & Move-in Costs:
— $1675 rent + utilities (split evenly between housemates).
— $40 App Fee to City Lights + $200 Deposit to Melody.

The Household:
— 3 bed / 2 bath (1,534 sq ft) ground floor unit nestled against the quiet hillside within City Lights, a luxury apartment complex in Aliso Viejo!
— Shared access to fully equipped kitchen, furnished living spaces, large outdoor covered patio, and in-unit laundry.
— Guest spots available in parking garage. Strict no-smoking policy.
— Pets: Very dog-friendly (no cats; my sinuses can’t handle it, unfortunately); other pets can be considered, as well. You’re responsible for additional pet deposit / rent.

The Location:
— Steps from the pool and jacuzzi. Short walk to the parcel center, two-story gym, business center and updated clubhouse.
— The complex is right next to a large park, and sits just above the Aliso Viejo Town Center, with easy access to the 73.

— LCAD Illustration Alum here! I’ll give priority to any current LCAD art students who’d be open to sharing occupancy of the room instead in order to save on rent per student.
