Were looking for a responsible, chill, clean and collaborative roommate with great communication skills to share a room in a Townhome style apartment. Afab preferred.
The room is located in the 2nd floor and will be shared with another afab roommie that likes to keep to themselves. You will have access to a shared private shower and restroom. The expansive windows fill open-plan layouts with natural light, while private patios, oversized closets, and fireplaces create a sense of comfort and style.
Located in a centric location, directly in front of Aliso Viejo Town Center, and 15-20 mins away from Laguna main beach. Access to parks and hiking areas. Nearby access to new hangout spots and job opportunities.
We need our roommate to move in and begin rent payments April 1st, 2026. You may begin moving in your belongings 1 week before your actual move in date. Open for discussion.
Utilities are not included with the rent, and range around <$100 dlls each month.
