Your large, beautifully furnished bedroom, with en-suite, upgraded bathroom includes a recently purchased hybrid pillow top; coil & memory foam mattress. I have all you need: sheets, blankets, towels. Your bedroom has just been painted and includes brand new carpet and a brand new flat screen tv for your enjoyment.

Prefer a working away from home professional, however, I’m open to discussion regarding your situation.

Included in rent are luxurious association amenities including a gym, billiards room, clubhouse, meeting room, business center, car washing station, outdoor dining and barbecue areas, and a resort style salt-water, heated pool and spa with covered cabanas. Townhome is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and entertainment at the Aliso Viejo Town Center. The state of the art gym is for residents only and a wonderful way to unwind before or after work and on weekends.

I rarely cook and am seeking someone that would not be cooking a lot in the home. Occasional cooking is fine and there are gas grills, for your use, close to townhouse, if you choose to cook often.
There is a beautiful association grilling & outdoor dining area steps from house and I’ve never seen used by other residents. You are welcome to cook there as often as you like.

Home has brand new washer & dryer available for use.

I have a medium size very friendly cocker spaniel and friendly inside cats. They won’t be in your room if you don’t want them. I am a fanatic regarding keeping the litter box clean and the house will never smell like a cat.

I am very clean & tidy and appreciate the same. I clean floors and mop every other day.
