The community and home environment is quiet, calm and drug free. The equipped kitchen and washer/dryer is shared. Due to custodial provisions, no male guests are permitted on property at any time. Street parking available outside community gates. House=1,355 sq ft total. Room furnished with very comfortable twin daybed and mattress, desk, chair, lamps, area rug and coffee table. I can remove anything you don’t want/need. Utilities and internet included. Community pool and jacuzzi access included!
