Hello, I'm seeking a responsible professional roommate for a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE. The room for rent has a special view of the pool & spa, and includes a private bath and walk-in closet. The shared apartment is equipped with kitchen necessities and appliances, as well as living room furnishings. The bedroom for rent is furnished with bed and dresser, but can be unfurnished as well. All utilities are included.! Streaming service and internet are complimentary.

The apartment complex is truly Resort Style Living with a variety of amenities, including 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, pool table, shuffleboard, clubhouse with kitchen, fitness center, lounges, skybar, courtyards and firepits. We are located in the heart of Aliso Viejo near Town Center, with breathtaking views. Located near the 5 and 405 freeways and 73 tollroad,. just 5 miles from Laguna Beach, and close to the Irvine Spectrum mall. References and credit app are required.
