The bathroom is shared with one other female resident, and light kitchen use is available.

Works full-time outside the home.
Is respectful of shared spaces and household routines.
Does not have overnight guests or sleepovers.
Is comfortable with a no-pets and no-shoes-inside home.

Lease Terms:

6- to 12-month lease.
$500 security deposit plus first month's rent due at move-in.
Credit and background check required.

Utilities:

Utilities are included with mindful usage. The home is kept energy-conscious, with minimal air conditioning in the summer and little to no heater use during the winter. If summer utility costs become unusually high, a small shared contribution may be requested.
