Female roommate preferred because the bathroom is shared with one other female resident.

This is a quiet household and is best suited for someone who appreciates privacy, cleanliness, a regular routine, and a calm place to come home to.

The bedroom can be furnished, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture and personalize the space.

Lease Details

6- to 12-month lease
$500 security deposit
First month’s rent and deposit due at move-in

Utilities are included with mindful usage. The home is energy-conscious, so heating and air conditioning are used conservatively.
