Close to Irvine, UCI, Soka University, Shopping Centers, Freeways, and John Wayne Airport. Has jacuzzi, gorgeous sunset views and a wilderness park in your backyard for great hiking and mountain biking. Our current renter, of 2 years, is a college student, who is moving out and going off to a different university. :(

The room is your own private wing…see pictures. A furnished bedroom with new queen modern bed w/trundle, en-suite closet, en-suite desk area with new desk and an en-suite private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The room comes with a new smart TV…cable and streaming networks included. The room had a chalkboard wall, which has been painted. The chandelier light fixture has been replaced with a more gender neutral look, see pictures. You will have full house privileges: access to common living areas, cooks kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Central Heat and Air…and YES, we keep it nice and cool in the summer. We are not stingy with the air conditioning as many households tend to be. 😉 $1,400-$1,600/month depending on short term or long term stay…includes WiFi, cable and utilities. 1st and last months rent as a security deposit.

There are just 3 of us in the home…My 24 year old son, my husband and myself. My son commutes to college getting his masters degree, while working full time. My husband works long hours, but is retiring soon. We are a loving family that wants someone in the home who is fun, outgoing, lives a healthy lifestyle, has a sense of humor and who is family oriented. LGBTQ Friendly! No smokers. No drug users. Background check is required upon signing. We want someone who is long term…at least a year. We want someone who is a student or who works, has ambition, is career oriented and willing to keep tidy around the house. Also, if you like to cook, that is a bonus. :) My husband loves to cook.
