Looking for a roommate to join us in our 1,077 sqft Laguna Hills condo in the gated Bella Tierra community. The available room features its own private en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, offering plenty of privacy.

The layout is ideal for roommates, as the bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the unit. You'll be sharing the common areas with myself and my partner, Julia. The home features a gas fireplace, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large private balcony.

We enjoy resort-style amenities like a pool, gym, and clubhouse. We are right next to Sheep’s Hill Park and great hiking trails. We keep a clean, relaxed home and are looking for someone respectful to fill the space.
