The space is an upstairs addition which is completely separate from the main part of the house and has a private entrance. The apartment includes a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, sink, compact refrigerator, and a microwave. The room has a ceiling fan, A/C, large windows, and two skylights. The house is in Laguna Hills 3-4 minutes from the 5 North and South on a very quiet and safe street with a cul-de-sac.
I am seeking a full time professional with confirmed employment as a tenant. This apartment is available to one person, no couples or families.
Rent is $1600 per month. A month-to-month lease is available initially with the potential for a longer-term contract. A $500 fully refundable security deposit is required. Cox Wi-Fi internet, water, electricity, and trash services are included in the rent. Washer and dryer use in the garage is included. A parking spot in the driveway may be an option.

This is my home and I have an older child who is here occasionally . I work 5-7 days a week starting very early in the morning, so it is required that a quiet and respectful atmosphere is maintained 24/7. The entrance to the apartment is on the side of the house away from the front door, so interaction between tenant and landlord is very rare. The apartment is a very private and quiet space.
The space will be available May 5th, 2026. I am willing to discuss the possibility of lowering the rent for someone who would only be living in the space part time, or someone looking for a part-time office/living space.
