Two Rooms Available Oak Hills

Two private rooms are available in a quiet single story home in the Oak Hills community near Moss Landing. Each room is 1,500 per month with access to a shared 1.5 bath. The house is spacious with about 2,000 square feet, vaulted ceilings, good natural light, and a calm, low traffic neighborhood. It sits on a cul de sac and backs onto open space, so it feels private.

The shared areas include a large living room, kitchen, dining area, and backyard. The community has access to a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Parking is easy on the driveway or street.

I am a working professional who values a clean and respectful home. I keep things organized and low key and look for roommates who do the same. I am usually out during the day and use the home mainly to rest and recharge. My parents may visit on occasion, but they will stay in another room and keep to themselves.

I am looking for male roommates who are responsible, clean, and considerate. Someone who works full time or studies, communicates clearly, and respects shared spaces will be a great fit. No parties or heavy traffic of guests.

The location is convenient for anyone working in Monterey, Santa Cruz, Salinas, or Moss Landing. Highway 1 and 156 are close by and make commuting simple.
