I currently live on the top floor of the house in the other two bedrooms. We would share the kitchen and living room, which are on the top floor, and the two bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs would be all yours. We would also share the balcony and the outdoor space.

I'm currently paying 3400 a month and I'm looking for a roommate to pay 1600 a month. I will pay 1800 and utilities
