Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a private 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom in a two-story home shared with three other roommates.
📍 Location:
Located near Skyline Drive in Monterey, about a 5-minute drive from Del Monte Shopping Center, with beautiful views of Skyline Forest.
🏡 The House:
• Private bedroom and private bathroom
• Shared common spaces in a quiet, clean home
• Two-story house with three other roommates
• All current roommates are professionals in their late 20s to early 30s and work in the restaurant industry
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for everyone’s schedules
💵 Rent & Move-In Details:
• Rent: $1025/month
• Deposit: $1500
• Available July 1st or sooner
• Flexible move-in timeline if needed
• You would need to replace me on the lease
🐾 Pet Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets, so this would be ideal for someone without pets.
A little about why I’m leaving:
I recently accepted a new job opportunity in San Jose, and the commute has started affecting my health, so it’s time for me to relocate.
This would be a great fit for someone looking for a peaceful, respectful home environment with working professionals.
