Hi!

I’m looking to rent out a room, (can be furnished if needed). It is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom so we would be sharing a bathroom but I usually use my bedroom to get ready. You would have access to the kitchen and living room as well, and can store items in the garage (limited room). There’s plenty of street parking. It’s a great location, right up the hill from Alvarado street and a short walk to the wharf and the beach.
About me: I’m a 37 year old female, quiet and clean and respectful and looking for someone similar (also female)! I have an ESA cat that is approved by the landlord (sorry no pets allowed).
