New Roommate(s) Wanted

Hi my name is Elijah and I am looking for a new roommate. The apartment I am currently in is super quiet and gated with shopping centers and food places within walking distance. Currently my roommates and I pay 1107 for rent and so I'm looking for someone who can maintain that with me. Couples are considered but will require an extra fee, no children or couples hoping to start a family, simply not enough space for that. The unit has a dishwasher, and patio, the bathroom is pretty spacious and many of the surrounding neighbors are either elderly or families. THE RENT IS INCREASES EACH LEASE. There is plenty of space to have privacy and keep to yourself or even explore the area and lounge near the grilling section. When living with me you can expect to see me more often in the night since I work during the day. Most of the time I spend most of the weekend in the apartment spending time with either loved ones or relaxing on my own. I try to keep to myself but if I 'm always open to getting to know my roommates and being in their lives. There are some hiccups with the unit such the living room can get really cold depending on the windows being left open or the season. Too much power consumption can cause fuses to blow. Outside of that, the unit is pretty ideal for someone looking to live with low rent and a simple dude, I hope this apartment is what you're looking for. My main priority its maintaining the apartment with responsible and mature tenants. Please do not apply if you have no experience living on your own or with a roommate. Hygiene and lifestyle will be highly considered.
