The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is designed to provide a comfortable balance of privacy and shared living.

The available bedroom is situated away from the other bedrooms, providing additional privacy and separation from the main living areas. The adjacent bathroom will be primarily for your use and shared only occasionally with guests.

Conveniently located near Campus Parkway, the property offers easy access to Highway 99, UC Merced, Merced College, shopping centers, restaurants, and other everyday amenities. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the neighborhood features walking and biking paths, including a trail connection leading directly to UC Merced.

For shorter stays, we'd prefer at least one month.

We are a small household of two adults who value kindness, respect, and a peaceful home. We appreciate open communication, cleanliness, and being considerate of one another's space and schedules.

I am the primary caregiver for my mother, who has multiple sclerosis. She is a warm and friendly older adult, and we're hoping to find a roommate who is compassionate, respectful, and comfortable sharing a home with someone managing a chronic health condition.
