Cozy room in a safe neighborhood in Merced

I am a 33 year old woman with two very friendly dogs. I am a working professional usually gone Monday-Friday 6am-7pm.
The dogs have a cozy home in the garage when I’m away at work if you feel uncomfortable being home alone with them, however they are very friendly and playful and love to make new friends. I am easy going and looking for a roommate who match my vibes and who is responsible and dependable. The rooms are located at the front part of the residence for privacy. There is one restroom, shared between the two rooms that includes a shower. Between the two room is also a washer and dryer you may use. I have a small fridge that can be placed in the room as well as a large fridge in the garage. You are welcome to use all common areas at your own leisure, I just ask that you clean up after yourself and be respectful of the living space. The 4th bedroom is currently used as a work out room, you are welcome to use the equipment I just ask that you treat it like your own when using it. I’m looking for a working professional or student who loves dogs. The rent includes utilities and internet. Parking on the street is available. The residence is within 10-15 minutes of both hospitals in Merced as well as UC Merced and Merced College. One room is complete furnished with a queen size bed, bed frame, dresser and night stand. The second room is unfurnished, however I do have a queen size bed frame you may use if needed.
