Single room with shared bathroom

Hey everyone this is a 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom house with 2 backyards. The wifi is gigabyte extra so you don’t have to worry about slow speeds. This house is right next to the Black Rascal Creek trail if you like running, walking, or biking. It’s also within walking distance of the Merced College, Target, and Planet Fitness along with all the other stores and shops in that complex. The carpets in each room are brand new and the walls were recently painted. The room available has never been used since the property was renovated. Also, there are 6 fruit trees on the property!
About the roomies

I own and live in the house along with 2 other roommates. We’re all males 22 -23 years old and go to Merced College/ UC Merced and work. One of the roommates is a mechanic and business major, the other is a foreign exchange student from Japan majoring in kinesiology, and I am studying to become a veterinarian. We all have pretty active life styles and like hiking, snowboarding\skiing working out, or just going out with friends. The room available has its own front entrance but you can also use the front door. There is another room available that’s just as big but without its own entrance for $600. You would be sharing a bathroom with one person. I also have two dogs Sara (10 year old German Shepherd) and Hercules (11 year old Bully-Pit). They stay on the other side of the house in the second backyard with me and don’t go inside the house.
