Looking for new roommate

My girlfriend and I are looking to fill the spare room in the condo we are renting. Our other roommate is moving out so we're looking for one adult to replace them.

We live a quiet, peaceful life. We are looking for one adult to occupy the room, we are unable to accommodate a couple or children. One pet may be accepted depending on factors like species and temperament.

The full bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill so it will need to be shared, but we are pretty chill, clean people so it shouldn't be an issue with the right roommate!

We have our own laundry machines in the unit!

All utilities are already managed, we will simply charge you rent, a static fee for utilities like Internet and waste management, and a third of the household electricity, gas, and water expenses. Typically your share of utilities won't be more than 100-150 dollars.
