I'm a 55+ retired female looking fir a roommate to share expenses. Me andcmy sister inherited a house after our mom died of covid and we decided to sell it and we moved to oakhurst in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom moble home in a 55+ Community. My sister isvin the hospital so I'm looking to find a roommate to share the expenses. The space fee includes the garbage and water utilities split comes to 530 each a month and the pge runs about 200 or so each month, I receive a CARE discount. Even though it's a 55+ community, I would consider any age . I have dogs so I'm wanting to find a pet friendly roommate that likes dogs and I would welcome your dogbor catbif you have one.
