We're lookin for a roommate!
2 bed & 2 bath third floor apartment in Woodland Hills, right by the 164 bus line.
Clothing-optional, kink-active household.
Current occupants are three neurodiverse transfemmes. We are actively and openly kinky and sexual, and it is important to me that my home be an open space for such.

The apartment has a balcony and a kitchenette. The complex has barbecue grills, a pool, a gym, community rooms, and polite people.
The slot available would be sharing a room with our most recent arrival, a lovely gal eager to help. The room doesn't have a huge amount of floorspace, we are currently in the process of redecorating and reogranizing to maximize usable space.

Rent is about $2.5k total per month, split to about $625 per person. Water and power are paid separately. I handle both payments and am flexible with repayment schedules.

Any applicants will have to be chill with folks being who and how they are without hurting anyone, because my community is full of such critters, and I don't want anyone feeling like they have to hide themself.
