Private Unfurnished Room + Bathroom in Bright Top-Floor 2B/2B Apartment – $1,800

I’m renting out one private bedroom and private bathroom in a beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath top-floor apartment. The space has high ceilings, a spacious floor plan, upgraded interior finishes, a large kitchen, and lots of natural sunlight. The room also includes a walk-in closet, and the apartment has in-unit laundry, covered parking, and a secure entrance. Being on the top floor with no shared walls with other apartments makes it especially peaceful and quiet.

Rent: $1,800/month
Includes water, trash, sewer, and other building service charges.

About me:
I’m an easy-going, respectful, and clean roommate who doesn’t drink, smoke, or party. I keep a pretty full schedule but enjoy a friendly home environment. I’m happy being friends with my roommate, but I’m also totally comfortable with more of an easygoing acquaintance dynamic.

My hobbies include working out, playing sports, beach or pool days, wellness activities, and taking my dog to the park to run around. I also love a good self-care routine. I occasionally have friends over but keep things pretty low-key.

Dog in the home:
I have a 20 lb dog who is hyper, loving, and very people-friendly. She absolutely adores people. She can be a little shy around other dogs at first but usually warms up after a few interactions. When I’m away during the day, she typically stays in my room and sleeps. Ideally, I’d love a roommate who likes dogs and doesn’t mind a happy pup greeting them.

Home environment:
My current roommate and I use a chore board and both contribute to keeping the shared spaces clean, and I’d love to keep a similar rhythm with the next roommate.
