I have a 90 lb Golden Retriever (very friendly:) so must be dog friendly. Very quiet neighborhood with wildlife (coyotes, rabbits, skunks, birds and lots of squirrels).

Me: Divorced mom, high school kids occassionally visit but do not spend the night. Very easy going, love to cook, like sports.
