Nice house in the heart of Woodland Hills

Being offered is a large room there are two rooms actually .. one with a bathroom and one a jack and Jill bathroom that connect between two rooms .. At the moment there’s a mother and son that live here ( mother is a poker dealer ) son is 18 and is in school .. I am Jordan the owner of this house and I buy and sell pool tables for a living .. Very easy to get along with the people That stay here I’ve had the other two people fir almost two years now .. there’s a maid service included twice a week and that’s mandatory so everyone has to leave the house on those days to make sure maid can do her job without any obstacles in the way ., other than that there’s a few pool tables that one can play on at any time ... this house is ok fir people who are professional or stay up late .. I just don’t allow cigarettes in the house they must be smoked outside .. other than that all utilities are included as well as laundry I have a washer and dryer that one may use at there convenience.. but only there clothes .. I ask that whoever moves in is ok with paying the rent at 1500 per room up to two in one room preferably 1 per room .. but also can put the occasional food and drinks in the kitchen as well just like we do on a regular basis .. no one is allowed to come in and live off of the other tenants food .. I don’t allow more than two guests at a time because I collect nice pool tables abd don’t want any accidents .. I’m very laid back and don’t ask for much .. abd it’s A very nice and relaxed atmosphere here abd that’s the way it’s supposed to be abd stay .. so I’m not a big rule guy and don’t like to bother anyone .. but I do expect people to clean up after themselves and at times maybe even lend a helping hand .. here abd there fir a small chore like taking out the garbage maybe helping me hang up a new pool table stick rack .. but that’s about it .. I have a pit bull that is the sweetest dog in the world abd people love him evev if they don’t like dogs .. but he doesn’t like other pets so please no other pets will be accepted .. thank you
