This is a 6 month lease minimum, with first and last month's rent required at move in. Move in date as early as 8/19/26. But ideally would like someone to stay for at least a year or two.

It's an unfurnished cozy bedroom available in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. Looking for someone who's looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The bathroom will be shared.
All utilities are included. with easy street parking and no street-sweeping restrictions. A coin-operated washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside the unit. This would be a great fit for a GCC Student or a travel nurse, and someone who enjoys dogs and a peaceful home environment.

5 min drive from Glendale Community College, 5 min walk from Glendale Adventist Hospital.
