I have one tenant who is an Actor and has a loveable dog that he is fully responsible for. The room has a Queen size bed with end tables. a dresser, shelves large attached closet ,a desk with chair and a ceiling fan. Rent is $800 a month including utilities, plus a Security Deposit of $800 upon moving in.
My home is 2600 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, formal dining room, Chefs Kitchen, Disco Den with a jukebox and a separate Media room adjacent to my back yard with a raised patio. I have an African Grey that is in the Media room. You would have a private bedroom but would be sharing the large bathroom with Tenant who is very neat and a super nice guy.
