This 129 sqft private bedroom with a shared full bathroom is nestled in a beautiful shared condo. The bedroom is private and has a secured keyless entry for your personal security and privacy. The shared restroom is currently shared with only 1 additional person. Within the condo is a shared living room area, which will have access to Netflix and additional apps already installed. There is also a shared kitchen for use as long as its kept clean and tidy for others. We have 2 dining areas...one informal for day to day eating and one formal for entertaining guest. Guest are welcomed in common areas as long as everyone residing in the unit is comfortable and the guest are respectable. Overnight guest will be considered for no more than 2 nights within a 30 day rolling period. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed in condo. There is a beautiful shared outdoor patio where you can lounge, catch some sun, smoke cigarettes, and/or enjoy a cool night under the warm outdoor fire pit. You will also have the luxury of a shared indoor laundry area.
This poolside condo is apart of a peaceful, safe, clean and friendly gated community. For your enjoyment there is a community pool, hot tub, basketball court, and tennis court.
We seek a professional who is respecting of others, clean, and get along well with others. Preferably someone who works outside of the home. We encourage healthy community relationships and we would love someone who share in those values. However please note, while entertaining and guest are allowed, this is NOT a party house.
You have the option of FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED; at no additional charge. Currently; utilities are Internet/WIFI, gas, water and power, and basic cable which can range between $350 - $400 per month. These are shared equally among residents (divided by 4). Also, we have a small furry friend who is hypoallergenic...just FYI!
