The 3rd bathroom is private, as it is inside my own bedroom.

• Secure building with key fob entry
• Street parking is free and usually easy to find. You can also apply for a city residential permit if preferred.

I live here with my Shih Tzu and one other roommate. We’re both women in our 30s who work in healthcare and hospitality (professional M-F schedules). We quickly became friends after she moved in 4years ago, and while we enjoy hanging out - whether it’s a night out or relaxing with a tv show and wine - we also value quiet time and respect each other’s space. The apartment is kept clean, peaceful, and drama-free, and we’re hoping to find someone who fits that vibe.
