Private room for rent in a luxury building on Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, 90010. The building has a gym, pool, yoga room, library, 24/7 security, dog park, parking garage and elevator. The apartment has an in unit laundry room, heating and air conditioning. The bedroom we are trying to rent has a closet.

Our building is close to everything from banks, to a metro station, starbucks, coffee bean, subway, Ralphs, fast food places, Staples, CVS, Walgreen, UPS, Fedex, restaurants, bus station, nail studio, yogurtland, literally anything you need to survive. My roommate and I are chill people, we get along very well, so we want someone we can get along with. Someone who pays rent on time. We go to school full-time, and work part time, so our home is a sanctuary. We like to have fun but we are not crazy people.

You will have full use of the kitchen and common areas if you live here. We would definitely want to meet you and be sure that it is the right fit for all of us (including you). You will have to share your bathroom with one person.

We are not neat freaks, but we keep the common ares clean and we would expect the same from you.
