Renting the front half of this little old house. I can only show it 7am M-F in the morning. ( I’m away all day.).

House is professionally cleaned once a week.

If you miss your appointment to see the room, I won’t reschedule you.

There’s a tiny room also avail for 500.
(Will rent either / or - not both)

landlord and small child living here.

House is split front and back.

There are no common areas inside the house between tenant and I (with exception to the laundry area); Very private. Perfect for couple or SMALL family.

-furnished (bed / big TV) I’m not emptying the room, sorry.
-Own “kitchen area”
-laundry on site
-parking on site
-guard dog, but he’s useless
- cameras throughout- you will have access to the cameras 24/7 if you want
