I’m renting an unfurnished private bedroom in my owner-occupied 2-bedroom home. The house is about 808 sq. ft. with a nice-sized yard, shared living spaces, laundry access, and an optional above ground pool during warmer months.

There are 2 dogs and 1 cat living here, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around animals and is comfortable sharing common spaces with them.

They already have the pet department covered 😂, so I’m not looking to add additional pets to the household.

I’d love to find someone who is:

• Responsible and pays rent/bills on time

I’m not looking for someone who needs to disappear into their bedroom 24/7, but I’m also not expecting us to become attached at the hip. 😊 Ideally, we can comfortably share a home, chat when we run into each other, respect each other’s space, and just have an easy living environment.

This is an owner-occupied home, not a large roommate house or apartment complex, so finding the right personality fit is important to me.

🏊 Pool

There is a pool that can be filled and maintained for shared use if we both want it. Because operating and maintaining a pool can get expensive, routine pool-related operating and upkeep expenses would be shared if we decide to use it.

🚭 Smoking/Vaping

No smoking or vaping inside the house or garage. Outside is okay in the appropriate outdoor area.
