Single Room Available in Shared Condo

The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with one bathroom being part of the master bedroom and the other in the hallway. This second bathroom is exclusively for the occupants of the other 2 rooms. The room for rent is unfurnished, has closet with drawers built in as well as a large window that overlooks the patio. Blackout curtains have been installed. (Smoking is allowed on the patio but not inside of the condo.)

The condo is located inside of a safe gated community and is on the third floor, there is an elevator. Living here we have access to a jacuzzi next to our building as well as a community pool. The location itself is less than a 10 minute walk from Uptown Whittier and Whittier College. The 605 freeway is about 10 minutes away by car.

The living room and kitchen are furnished and you are welcome to enjoy the space and use the kitchen. There is an in unit washer and dryer and parking is on the street. There is also a patio that is surrounded by trees and over looks the hills of Whittier. The space is very comfortable and welcoming and has windows with views of Downtown Los Angeles and plenty of airflow that cools that apartment off. There is also central A/C and heat.

There is currently a one 11 pound Yorkie Poodle who lives here as well. He is friendly and quiet.

I am a 29 year old high school teacher so my schedule is the same as a high school. I am up and out of the condo early during the week and often go to bed on the earlier side during the week as well. I enjoy having company over and welcome people to use the space to host as long as the space is being respected.

I am a liberal open minded individual and appreciate the people who can communicate. In this shared living space there is an expectation of cleaning up after ourselves and keeping the space tidy.

I have one roommate who is 37 and currently occupying the second bedroom she also is out of the house early and works at a hospital. She is polite and considerate and we are both looking for someone who can share the space with us in a respectable manner.
