Room for rent, Whittier California. I'm renting one room in the front part of the house. The room is not big or too small. I'm asking for first, and last months rent. So it will be a total of $1,800 to move in. The Room is available on January 1st, 2026. The $900 a month, includes utilities which is gas, electric, trash, and water. I offer no cable, or Wi-Fi. That's something you would have to get on your own, and put in the room. The rent is for the room, and utilities only, it's not renting the house , it's renting the room . For one person only.
No couples. Some people have different expectations sometimes. I might rent another room , maybe a year from now. So you wouldn't have to share the restroom with anybody , at the moment. It would be your own private bath. At the present moment the only person living in this house is myself. I have my own room, with my own restroom, in the rear part of the house. It's connected to the house, but it's in the back part of the house. There's no shared living room. You will have access to laundry, some kitchen use, and to a swimming pool.
