Room(s) in Spanish Style Home

We are two professionals (with two Sheepadoodle hypoallergenic pups) looking to share our space with someone that is a professional on a regular schedule. This is SoCal living at its best in our adorable Spanish style home that boasts spacious front & back yards with a variety of fruit trees, roses and more. The home has good natural light and you will enjoy a private bedroom (with a queen size tempurpedic bed) and shared full bathroom (shared with one other renter, male). We all share the kitchen, dining, living and outdoor spaces. While we do not list on the ad that parking is included, there is street parking. We will keep our two cars in the driveway to free up spots on the street, but you should not have any problem finding parking. Our block is purely residential.

We are situated in a quiet, charming neighborhood with beautiful old homes, diverse architectural styles, an abundance of fruit trees, and friendly people. Wonderful for walking and exploring. We are a 15-minute walk to the Hellman Park Trailhead (with numerous beautiful hikes) and a 20-minute walk to Uptown Whittier with excellent restaurants, shopping, cafes, an old movie theater, and other nightlife. Close proximity (4 minutes) to the 605 Freeway that will get you onto a path to the greater LA area (25-min drive to DTLA and 25-30-min drive to the beaches).
