My roommate and I are graduating this December and urgently need to transfer our lease for two private bedrooms (sharing a bathroom) in a fully furnished 3B2B apartment. It's perfect for two friends who want to live together, but we are also completely open to renting out just one room!

Price

$3,113/month total + utilities for both rooms (shared bathroom) (we are open to negotiating!). You are also welcome to just rent one room!

Bonus: If you take over the lease for the full remaining term (through August 2027), we will cover your rent for the rest of December so moving in early is completely free!

Mid-December 2026 or January 2027 – August 31, 2027
