THE HOME
A two-bedroom home with two full bathrooms and a separate guest half bath. Shared spaces include a large living room with a leather sectional, record player and speakers, a dining area, an equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, and a built-in wet bar.

There are three outdoor areas shared exclusively by our household:
• A planted front entrance patio and garden.
• A spacious pergola courtyard with outdoor dining, daybed, hammock, grill, ceiling fan, string lights, and numerous plants.
• A rear patio with a substantial weight-training setup available for you to use.

Plenty of places to enjoy your morning coffee, read outside, have dinner, or work out.

LOCATION
On a residential street in Westwood near UCLA.

THE HOUSEHOLD
You’ll share with a couple (32M/28F) and two friendly large dogs. We work in technical consulting and Pilates instruction.

We enjoy cooking, gardening, fitness, hiking, camping, and occasional dinners with friends. We use the common spaces and enjoy conversation and movies at reasonable volume in the evenings. Guests are welcome with mutual communication and consideration for everyone.

We’re looking for someone reliable, considerate, comfortable living with a couple, and genuinely happy around large dogs. A regular routine outside the home would fit well with ours.

Dog care is our responsibility, with no expectation that you help. An additional dog may be considered depending on compatibility with the resident dogs. Family occasionally stops by briefly to garden or drop off food.
