This is a quiet household with no parties or large gatherings. You'll enjoy the privacy of your own suite while having full access to the shared amenities. Cannabis smoking is permitted outdoors on the rooftop terrace only. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors, including in bedrooms and shared interior spaces.

The other bedroom is currently occupied by a male roommate who also plans to sublease his room during part of December and January. Both bedrooms will be rented separately.
