Subletting my private bedroom in a shared 3BR at 410 Veteran Ave (Westwood), about a mile from UCLA and a 17-minute walk to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

The room:
- Private bedroom in a 3BR with one shared bathroom
- Window AC unit, large window with blinds, and a closet with shelf + hanging rod
- Unfurnished - or I can set up the basics (bed frame, new mattress, desk, chair, lamp) at no extra cost before you move in
- Light wood floors, clean and move-in ready

The apartment:
- Shared kitchen (fridge, gas range, microwave, cabinets), living room, and bathroom
- Utilities additional, split with roommates (electric, gas, water/trash/sewage, internet)
- Parking separate - a building space may be available for $150/mo (not guaranteed)

Roommates: one UCLA undergrad roommate and one other approved fall subtenant

The deal:
- $1,148/month + your share of utilities
- Available now through early January, flexible on exact dates (30+ day stays fine)
- Management-approved sublet through Westside Habitats: quick online application ($28, non-refundable), about a week for approval
- One-time building sublet fee of $750, passed through at cost (no markup)
- Small refundable deposit, no more than one month's rent
