Hi! My roommates and I are looking for someone to sublet our Westwood apartment from mid-June through July 31 (flexible move-in, firm move-out). We are all graduating seniors from UCLA and have both rooms available in this beautiful 2-bed for $2000 each. Here are some details about our place:

-2-bed/2-bath (both full bathrooms)
-Flexible move-in date (any time between June 14-July 1), firm move-out July 31
-Rent: $2000/room (entire room) OR $4000 total (entire apartment)
-Rent includes water, other utilities are additional and usually come out to ~$100-150/month
-Three parking spots included
-Equipped with heating, A/C, trash services, and an on-site laundry room
-Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen
-Lots of storage
-Hardwood flooring with plenty of natural light
-Central backyard lounge area
-Walking distance to UCLA, Westwood, and Bel Air

There's easy access to buses and all the staples you need for shopping and groceries (i. e. Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Ralph's) within walking distance, as well as new restaurants, quick bites, and popular bars (e. g. Bruxie, Kazu Nori, Fat Sal's, In-N-Out, Cava, Chipotle, and Barney's Beanery).
