Summer sublease near UCLA/Westwood — furnished private room + private bathroom

I’m subleasing my room at 10833 Wilshire Blvd, Apt 617 from June 15 to August 31. Rent is $2,100/month including utilities, and June will be prorated for 15 days. The sublease is landlord-approved.

The room is spacious, bright, and has a great balcony/city view. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, two under-bed storage cabinets, large shelf, balcony chairs, work desk, two monitors, and work chair. Pillows/bedding are negotiable. You’ll also have access to common-area furniture and kitchen/common-use items, including the dining table, couch, kitchen supplies, etc.

The bathroom is private and for your exclusive use. It is not inside the bedroom, but it is directly beside the room.

There will be two flatmates and two cats in the apartment during the sublease. The room has an air purifier, and cat allergies should be manageable if the cats are kept out of the room most of the time. Looking for someone who is respectful of the flatmates, cats, and common spaces. No smoking inside.

Some personal belongings will remain in the room, but most decorations/items will be stored in the mirrored closet, which will be sealed off. Two under-bed storage cabinets will be cleared for your use. Some photos are lightly AI-cleaned to remove personal shelf decorations, but the furniture, layout, balcony/view, and included items are accurate.
