Spacious Summer Sublease Near UCLA

Looking for a summer home that actually feels like a home? I’m subleasing my spot in our bright, spacious Westwood apartment from June 16th through August 31st (or early September), and it comes fully furnished so you can just move right in.

The Setup
You’ll be sharing a huge, tile-floored apartment with up to 6 other girls (7 people total in 3 rooms). It’s a female household that’s lived-in and welcoming—perfect for someone looking for a friendly environment for the summer.

Room: Two direct roommate, shared walk-in closet, shared en-suite bath with two sinks and two showers (one shower/tub combo), double bed (with frame and mattress), and a desk.

The Unit: In unit washer and dryer, large balcony, updated appliances in the kitchen, and AC unit. Fully furnished with couch, TV, dishes, etc.

Parking: If you have a car, we have parking available for an extra fee. There is a garage underneath the building.

The Area
The location is honestly unbeatable. It is completely walkable to UCLA and all the shops and coffee spots in Westwood. Plus, being right on the edge of Brentwood and Bel Air makes it super easy to explore the rest of the Westside.
