Looking for someone to takeover my roomate’s part of the lease in our over cozy, sunny 2B/2B apartment in Westwood! Just a short walk from UCLA, this apartment is ideal for young working professions or UCLA students.

The neighborhood puts you centrally in WestLA with easy access across the city. Its a 15min drive to Santa Moncia, 15min to Culver City and ~30min to Downtown. The apartment is also less than 15min walk to UCLA, 10min walk to target, Ralphs and Trader Joe’s, 5min walk to bus stops. Theres also a lot great coffee places and resutaurnts that are walking distance.

You’d be living with one roomate in his mid-20s who’s a grad student. Im quite clean, respectfull and pretty chill overall. I also travel quite a bit so you’ll have the apartment to yourself a lot. Im looking for someone who’s friendly and interested in creating a fun comfortable communal space. And def open to redecorating and reorganizing the shared space, if need.
