I’m moving out of my apartment near Westwood Village and am looking for someone to take over my spot in a room shared with one other person.

The apartment is a south-facing 2b2b with lots of natural light, a balcony, central air/heating and a dishwasher, and there are laundry units available on every floor of the building. It is also fully furnished, and whoever takes over my spot is welcome to keep my bed frame and desk if they would like. You would be taking over a spot in the master bedroom which has a walk-in closet and attached bathroom.

The building has parking available, a rooftop pool and jacuzzi, and a secure entry accessible only to residents. It’s only a 7 minute walk away from the Hammer Museum and the free BruinBus shuttle to the UCLA campus.

Monthly rent is $900 and the deposit is $900 as well. The spot is going to be available staring December 15th.
