Our fourth roommate had to leave unexpectedly to deal with family issues, so we have an open spot. This is a shared room with Angie, 22, who works at UCLA in research. Our apartment is an extremely beautiful 3 bed/1 bath with many amenities located near Santa Monica and Westwood Blvd. We are looking for 1 person to move in to the largest room, which is partially furnished, and currently set up with two beds. Rent is $825, and ideally you would move in around Dec 1st. Utilities are around $70 a month. We have hardwood floors, AC and heat, free laundry in a shed in the backyard, a dishwasher, easy street parking, a working fireplace, and lots of natural light.
We are all queer women who love art and like to host small things with our friends. We can get along with most people and do our dishes! Some additional things: no pets (landlord rule), must be lgbt+ and bipoc friendly, ideally someone around our age, 21+, kind, respectful, and fun.
