Available January 2027 — a small number of rooms opening at winter break:
• Private room — $1,695/mo on a 12 mo lease, $1,795 on an academic year (available a bit earlier than Jan --- mid-December)
• Shared double — $1,045/mo on a 12-month lease, $1,175 academic year
• Shared quad — $995/mo, January through June 2027 (spring term only)

Everything included: all utilities, high-speed WiFi, free on-site laundry (no coins, no cards), fully furnished rooms, shared kitchen with cookware and your own fridge bin.

Large common areas with sectional couches, big-screen TVs, HBO, Netflix and Hulu, dining room, library and study room, media room, two outdoor lounges, and regular cleaning of all shared spaces.

Costs: $35 application fee (covers background check) · $500 refundable security deposit · optional parking $400/quarter

We're selective about who joins. Every resident completes a full criminal background check.
