It is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment on the 5 th floor in a quiet spot. Pool and jacuzzi on the roof top. The building has a receptionist 24/7 and maintenance available in the building. Garage included, Internet/Wi-Fi/ Utilities included for only $ 1,875. Ready to move in on July 2nd. I am a fun, extroverted, easy going female. I am a tidy person, but I do understand those moments in which we are pressing against time! All that you have to do is - rinse it and put in the washer machine! :))
