Free Studio in Exchange for P/T Cooking and Help

We?re offering a very large, remodeled and furnished studio in our separate guest house in exchange for part-time help with dinner and grocery shopping. You would prepare dinner 4 days per week (on weekdays), so would need to be available 4:45-7: 30 p. m. during the week. We?d prefer someone in their 20s or 30s who interacts well with teenage girls. The studio has a private bathroom and kitchenette, and our house is located on a lovely residential street in Westwood, across from UCLA.

? female, one person only
? excellent cooking skills
? experienced with kitchen clean-up and grocery shopping
? reliable, punctual and able to start at 4:45 in the afternoon
? valid driver?s license, experienced driver and clean driving record
? non-smoking and no pets
Occasionally we?ll ask you to help with lunch or dinner on a weekend, instead of a weekday, if you?re available. We?re looking for a dependable and longer-term arrangement, so please don?t apply if you?re pursuing an acting career in Los Angeles. We?ve had this arrangement for many years, and the people who have helped us have included a UCLA graduate student for 2 years, a writer for 3 years, someone who worked part-time at UCLA for 1 year, etc. You would be responsible only for electricity charges and a security deposit ? the studio includes wi-fi and other utilities ? and please note that we don?t allow overnight guests in the guest house.
