I am subletting my fully-furnished, private studio apartment in Weyburn Terrace (UCLA's Grad Housing Apartments) for the summer. The Apartment is available May 24- July 28th.

Monthly rent is $1300 (I pay $1550) and utilities-- water, trash, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet access--are included. Rent is NEGOTIABLE and I can prorate. Subletter has to be a student who is 21 and over.

The apartment if empty of my personal things with the exception of some cooking ware and dishes, which you are welcome to use if you like. I also tried to put them out of your way in case that you don't want to.
