Hello my fellow creatures! My current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed / 2 bath, 1,135 sq. ft. apartment in Mid-City on October 1st.

Location: South of Pico-Robertson and La Cienega, just south of Beverly Hills, with easy access to the 10 freeway. It's a great walkable neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.

Rent: $3,500/month total ($1,750 per person)

Utilities: Approximately $132 a month per person (electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi). Water and trash are covered by the landlord.

Parking: Tandem parking garage

I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and easy to live with, someone who enjoys a good balance of social and quiet time.

A little about me: I'm a filmmaker, so if you're into movies or anything in the creative world, that's a plus (but definitely not a requirement! I gel well with many different vibes!). I’m a clean and orderly person who loves his alone time but also enjoys hosting and going out!
