Look for Female Roommate for 2bed 2bath

Looking for a woman in her late 20s/early 30s to share a 2bed/2bath apartment with me beginning Oct 1st. I would prefer someone who values quiet enjoyment of their home and a calm/relaxing environment. I work in healthcare, so anyone in a similar field would be a plus!

**Must be okay with pets, my family has a dog that may visit!**

The apt I am interested in is in a remodeled Spanish-style building in a residential area with young families. It is located in mid-city, which makes everything in LA very accessible. I am also open to looking at more affordable options in the area.

The rent is $3250/mo ($1625/each)

Ideal roommate:
- Clean and organized (routinely cleans up after themselves, especially when using shared spaces/equipment, and is OK with a rotating chore list).
- Guests are welcome with notice, but please no late/large gatherings.
- Someone who can commit to at least a one year lease

A little about me:

I am a UCLA alumna and have been an LA resident for 10 years. I work from home a couple days of the week and am a natural night owl. I spend lots of time with my friend’s dog and enjoy going to the beach, painting, taking late-night drives, Netflix, coffee, going out to eat, and spontaneous dessert runs! While I enjoy connecting with people, I value quiet time to recharge and can be introverted.
